Whether you plan to submit your own jersey design or to submit logos or other graphics to be included on pre-existing designs

Please read and follow the guidelines below to ensure that your jerseys will look their best and will be completed as quickly as possible.

When placing an orderline, you will see an "UPLOAD IMAGE" and follow the instructions to upload the image directly from your computer.

You can always request to see a "Proof" before we print of the final layout. We will send it to the e-mail that is listed with the order.

Pleases respond ASAP with your approval or changes.  If you delay in either the approval or changes, this may delay your ship date.

What to do, if you do not have access to vector programs to produce your own custom jerseys or team logos.

Logos must be "CREATED" in Vector or Raster format (they can not be jpg that are converted into vector format, again they must be "CREATED" in programs such as Photoshop, orCorel Draw. If you do not have access or are unable to use such vector programs as (click to download free trial offers)Corel Draw, orPhotoshop, or you can hire us to redraw or design your jersey. You would basically e-mail us at info@animalpaintball.com telling us what you are looking to have made or show us with a .jpg or .gif. We would then give you a quote on the price of the design work. If it is real simple, we wont even charge a design fee. But if it gets real complicated, then we would have to charge a fee. If you then agree to the price of the design, you would then place an order with payment information, and then we would get started on your custom jerseys.

Preferred Raster File Types

• .psd (Adobe Photoshop)   8bits/channel in layers

If you plan to submit your design in one of the above raster based formats, please make sure that all fonts are flattened or rasterized. We may not have the font that you need and this will ensure that we still will be able to print your design accurately. We prefer that you include all layers and make sure the file is 300dpi at full size.

File Types Not Accepted

• .jpg
• .gif
• .ai
• .eps

Please do not send files in AI or EPS.  The reason we avoid tose types of  files are that we print in Corel.  Corel and AI / EPS do not communicate well together.  When we export an AI / EPS to Corel files can get corrupted, artwork can be lost, colors can change, there could be a loss in a gradient, artwork gets moved around and outlines can be altered.

As for JPEG or GIF formats. In most cases both use compression schemes that print badly, and generally are too small to reproduce well in print. This means that you can not pull images off of the web and expect them to reproduce well no matter how good they look on screen.

Document Color Mode

We prefer that designs are created in RGB mode.   Please refer to our color chart below.

Matching up lines from from front to back and torso to sleeves, etc...

Matching up lines, is really more of an art than a science.  We can do our best to sew the lines as close as possible, but without us printing the jerseys in each size, multiple times it would be very difficult to line them up. We can do this at your request, but since it is not our artwork, we would need to charge for each test print done.  When we design a semi custom jersey with lines that cross over from/to front, back, sleeves, etc... we do exactly that.  We print each one multiple times to ensure that we get as close as possible.  Again, we will do our best with the sewing dept, trying to get them as close as possible, but it can not be guaranteed.

Team And Sponsor Logos

Whether you plan to submit your own jersey design or to submit logos or other graphics to be included on pre-existing designs please follow the guidelines above while gathering team and sponsor logos to send. You may need to contact your sponsors to have them provide logos in vector or high resolution raster formats suitable for print.

Important Notes

We assume that all submitted designs and artwork is owned by you, the submitter, or that you have obtained permission to use all submitted designs and artwork if created by another party. Animal Paintball and Animal Customs will not be responsible for copyright infringements on submitted artwork.

If you are sending artwork, our timeline is under the assumption that your artwork follows our guidelines.  If it does not, then the timeline will have to be increased, due to waiting for the correct artwork.

• If you are making your own custom jersey designs, some colors that you see on your monitor will appear different when we sublimate them due to differences in your monitor set up, inks used, materials sublimated, pressing times and sublimation software.   For that reason we have supplied the following are the RGB colors used to assist you in getting the correct colors.

TOTALLY CUSTOM JERSEY ART FEE = $195* 
The cost for this is $195.  We design a totally custom jersey around your colors and ideas.  Customer is entitled to JPG only (for websites, email, FB and such).  *Customer may purchase Source Files such as Photoshop, Illustrator  or Corel Draw, (for jersey to be printed by another sublimation company) for an additional fee of $295.00

 

TEAM LOGO ART FEE = $75*
The cost of this is a discounted $75.  We design a totally custom logo around your colors and ideas.  Customer is entitled to JPG (for websites, email, FB and such).  *Customer may purchase Source Files, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw, (for logo to be printed by another company) for an additional fee of $75.

 

LOGO RECREATION:   
The cost is dependent on difficulty of logo that you want us to Re-Create / Replicate.  We recreate a logo (from an image you supply) into a correct format so that it may be used for sublimation.  Refer below for Examples of Re-Creating Logo Difficulty Grades and Pricing.  If your unsure of the Difficulty Grade, please email your logo to info@animalcustoms.com  and we will get back to you ASAP.  Customer is entitle to the JPG and SOURCE FILES such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw.
